More than 1.5 million Syrian refugees have fled their country.
Three-quarters of a million of them are children.
Lebanon, Turkey, Iraq and Jordan are all sheltering Syrian refugees.
These numbers are only those who have registered with the UN, so actual numbers of refugees are likely to be much higher.
Please help – we are leaving on a medical mission to Jordan on the 14th of June and a group of 34 doctors from the US, Germany and UAE are joining us to try and help as many people as we can. We have heart specialists, social workers, general surgeons, general practitioners, orthopedic specialists and more.
So many others are donating their time and also medical supplies to be with us. We will be in the clinics around Amman- Mafraq, Irbid, Madaba areas and also in the Zaatari camp and the Jordan Women’s clinic and the new Spinal Cord facility that was established recently.
Please make a donation of any amount and we will get it delivered to the people. Ramadan is coming up and we would like to be able to purchase bags of groceries- rice, flour, milk, etc – to help them. $50 will feed a family of 4 for a month.
Thank you for your consideration.
