I have a surplus of diabetic supplies from a relative who passed. I have testing strips, metformin, lisinopril, etd. needle tips, lancets and other medicines. Do you accept these as donations?
Hi Nanci, thank you for thinking of SCM to donate your supplies to but at this time we are not taking medical donations. We are doing humanitarian missions only for the time being.
Are you accepting warm clothing donations at this time? I have a friend that has collected things and needs a place to give them
If I have clothing to donate, where can I bring them to?
You can bring them to our office at 3806 Whitman Ave N Seattle 98103. Please give us a call before you come, best times to drop off are between 10am and 2:30 pm Monday through Thursday. We will be closed the next 2 Thursdays, however. After January 1st we will be back on our regular schedule. Thank you!
I have a lot of clothes for girls ages 8-15. Jeans, tops, dresses, shoes, etc. do u accept these types of items? What other types of clothing and housewares do u accept?
Right now our garage is completely full so we cannot accept any more donations. After the container is loaded next weekend, we can start accepting clothing and soft household items like sheets, towels, bags, hats, etc, as long as nothing is moldy or mildewy. Call us after next weekend to arrange a drop off. Thank you!
Will another container be shipped out in Dec? If so, are you still collecting child carriers?
We don’t have another container scheduled for this year so we are not taking donations of that nature at this time. We are accepting warm clothing.
